We gladly accept animals at The Aeronaut.The monthly fee for dogs is $75 and for cats is $50. The monthly fee is per pet. There is a 65 pound weight limit for one animal and a combined total of 80 pounds for two.
The restricted breeds are as follows, but are not limited to, Pit bulls, doberman pinschers, and all other aggressive breeds of dogs are not allowed at any time. For the purpose of this statement/ lease agreement, aggressive breeds shall be determined by the Property Manager.
